Overview

When your company includes you in an active review cycle, Teamper gives you an assigned review. Use it to complete your self-review before the cycle’s completion deadline and to view feedback when your company makes it available.

Before you start

  • You must be a participant in an active review cycle.
  • Wait until the cycle launches. Planned and scheduled reviews are not available to participants.

Complete your self-review

  1. Open Inbox in Teamper.
  2. Open the review task assigned to you. You can also open your review from the Reviews area when it is available.
  3. Read the cycle instructions.
  4. Answer each self-review question.
  5. Add ratings where the review asks for them.
  6. Review your answers.
  7. Click Submit review.

What happens next

After you submit, Teamper records your self-review and updates its status. If a reviewer is assigned, that person can submit their feedback separately. Teamper sends an Inbox item and email when feedback becomes available to you. When the reviewer completes the review, the final Review Outcome appears in the review details, separately from any score. If the reviewer has not finalized the review yet, the outcome is not available. Your company may control when reviewer feedback becomes visible to you. You can view only the feedback your company has made visible to reviewees. Some question responses, ratings, or score details may remain visible only to the reviewer and company admins.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find my review

Check Inbox after the cycle launch date. If you still do not have a task, ask a company admin to confirm that you are included in the cycle.

I cannot submit my review

Complete the required questions and check that the cycle is still active. Once the completion deadline has passed or the cycle is closed, Teamper no longer accepts changes.

I cannot see reviewer feedback

Feedback appears only after the reviewer submits it and Teamper makes it available to you. Ask your company admin if you think feedback should already be visible.
