Overview

Teamper sign-in starts on the Log in to your account page. Depending on your company setup, you may sign in with your email and password or use Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.

Before you start

  • Use the email address linked to your Teamper account
  • If your company sent you an invite, open that invite first
  • If you already have an account but forgot your password, use Forgot password?

Sign in with email and password

  1. Open the Teamper sign-in page.
  2. Enter your work email in Email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log in.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

If your company enables single sign-on, the sign-in page shows Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
  1. Open the Teamper sign-in page.
  2. Click your company-enabled sign-in button.
  3. Finish the sign-in steps in that provider.

What happens after you sign in

After you sign in, Teamper sends you to the safest workspace it can open for your account.
  1. Return to the company workspace from a valid Teamper link, if you started from one.
  2. Reuse your remembered company when it is still available to your account.
  3. Open your dashboard directly if your account can access only one company.
  4. Show Choose a company if your account can access more than one company and Teamper cannot safely choose one for you.
If your last remembered company is no longer available, Teamper sends you to Choose a company so you can pick another workspace instead of opening the wrong one.

Set up your account from an invite

If you are new to Teamper, your company may send an invite link. Open the link from the email and follow the sign-up steps. Teamper uses that invite to connect you to the correct company workspace.
If you open an expired or invalid invite link, Teamper sends you back to sign-in. Ask your company admin to resend the invite.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Email password reset link.
  4. Open the reset email if one is sent for that account.
  5. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  6. Click Reset password, then sign in again.

Troubleshooting

  • If Teamper says your email or password is incorrect, check for typos and try again.
  • If Teamper says your account has no active company access, ask your company admin to review your access.
  • If the password reset link is invalid, request a new one from Forgot password?
  • If you do not see Google or Microsoft buttons, your company may not have those options enabled.
