Overview

Company switching lets you move between the company workspaces linked to your Teamper account. Use it when you work with more than one company or help manage more than one workspace from the same sign-in.

Who can use this

  • Employees, managers, and admins who have access to more than one active company
  • Implementation or support users who help more than one company from one Teamper account

Before you start

  • Sign in to Teamper with the account that has access to more than one company
  • Confirm the company you want to open is still active and available to your account

Step-by-step guide

Open the company switcher

  1. Open the account menu in the top-right corner of Teamper.
  2. Click Switch company.

Choose another company

  1. Review the companies shown on the Choose a company page.
  2. Find the company you want to open.
  3. Click Open on that company card.
Current marks the company you are already using in this browser session.

What happens next

  • Teamper opens the selected company workspace.
  • Teamper remembers that company for this browser when it is still available to your account.
  • If you only have one accessible company, Teamper skips the chooser and opens that workspace directly.

Troubleshooting

I do not see Switch company

Teamper only shows Switch company when your account can access more than one active company. If you expect to see it, ask your company admin to confirm your access is active in each company.

A company I expected is missing

The chooser only shows companies you can access right now. If a company is missing, your membership may be inactive, your access may have been removed, or that company may not currently allow entry for your account.

Teamper says my last company is no longer available

This means Teamper remembered a company from an earlier session, but your account can no longer enter it automatically. Choose another company from the list and ask your company admin if you still need access to the missing workspace.

FAQs

Why do I only see some companies?

You only see companies your account can access now. Teamper does not show companies where your access is inactive or unavailable.

Does switching companies change my account?

No. It changes the workspace you are using in this browser session.
