Overview
A review cycle defines who is reviewed, which questions they answer, who provides feedback, and when the work opens and closes. Use a cycle to coordinate a company-wide, department, or selected-employee review process.Who can use this

Configure review outcomes
When you load a template, its Review Outcome choices are copied into the cycle. You can change the choices for this cycle while it is a draft; those changes do not affect the template or other cycles. Outcomes are available when the cycle includes reviewer questions or a final reviewer rating. Scheduling fixes the cycle’s outcome choices. When a review is ready for finalization, its reviewer must choose one of the configured outcomes and provide a completion summary. If a required outcome is missing, the review stays incomplete until the reviewer selects one. In the cycle’s Outcomes stats, you can see how many completed reviews received each outcome. Incomplete reviews are not included in these counts.Choose how ratings are scored
For Custom question weights, set the reviewee and reviewer weights separately. Rating-question weights for each audience must total exactly
100%. A rating question can have a 0% weight, and text questions do not have weights.
Teamper rounds calculated scores to one decimal place. A reviewee’s self-rating never affects the official reviewer score.
Assign and manage reviewers
Reviewer questions require an assigned reviewer for every included reviewee. During setup, Teamper highlights participants who do not have a reviewer. Open the cycle roster to assign or change reviewers before the cycle launches. If an employee is no longer eligible to participate, remove or replace that employee in the roster. A scheduled cycle cannot launch while it has a participant who is no longer eligible.Understand cycle timing and status
draft: only admins can access the cycle while it is being prepared.scheduled: the cycle is ready and waits for its launch date.active: participants can open and submit their assigned reviews.closed: the cycle no longer accepts changes.
Troubleshooting
I cannot schedule the cycle
Check the cycle name, dates, participant selection, and question setup. Add a completion deadline on or after the launch date. If reviewer questions are included, assign a reviewer to each participant who needs one. For custom weights, confirm that rating questions total100% separately for reviewees and reviewers.
A participant cannot open a scheduled review
Scheduled reviews remain unavailable until the launch date. Check the cycle state and ask the participant to open the task from Inbox after the cycle becomesactive.
