Common problems

Employee import is blocked

Use Import errors when the CSV preview shows file errors or row-level validation problems. Use Employee cannot log in when an invite, inactive record, or Google or Microsoft account mismatch is preventing access.

Company access is blocked

Use Billing access blocked when the company owner needs to review the workspace plan state.

Leave requests are not reaching the right approver

Review Department approvers and the employee’s assigned department.
