Overview

My Calendar is your personal leave workspace in Teamper. You use it to review your own leave, switch between calendar views, check balances, open Calendar Sync, manage available Push notifications, and start a new leave request. Unlike Wallchart, which shows shared visibility across your company or team, My Calendar is centered on your own leave activity.

Who can use this

  • Employees
  • Managers
  • Admins

Before you start

  • You must be able to sign in to Teamper
  • You need access to a company workspace
  • You need a leave policy before you can submit leave requests

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Teamper.
  2. Click My Calendar in the main navigation.
  3. If an employee picker is available, select the employee you want to review.
  4. Use Month view, Year view, or List view to change how leave is displayed.
  5. Click Prev, Today, or Next to move through the current period.
  6. Click Request Leave to start a new leave request.
  7. Click a leave entry in the calendar to open its details.
  8. Review the Balance Summary panel to check available leave for each leave type.
  9. Click Calendar Sync to open your available calendar feed links and, when enabled, your Outlook sync status.
  10. If the Push notifications card appears, use it to turn approval-critical leave alerts on or off for the current browser and device.
When Outlook sync is enabled for your company, the dialog shows Connected, Needs reconnect, or Not connected. Click Manage to open Settings → Calendar sync.

What happens next

Troubleshooting

I cannot submit a request from My Calendar

If Teamper says the employee needs a leave policy, ask your admin to assign one first. Requests cannot be submitted until that employee has an active leave policy.

I cannot see the employee picker

The employee picker only appears when your account can switch between available employees in that view. If it is not shown, you can only review the current employee.

I do not see Calendar Sync

Your account may not have any eligible calendar feeds, and Outlook sync may not be enabled for your company. Ask your admin which calendar option should be available.

I do not see Push notifications

Teamper only shows the Push notifications card when your browser, device, and environment can support push notifications. You can keep using Inbox for leave request actions and updates.
